Prize for wine and gastronomy

The price for Alto Adige Wine Culture awards annually restaurants for their model wine culture and particularly for their efforts in favor of Alto Adige wine and cuisine. Criteria for the award are the wine list and wine presentation, the food and wine combination, the staff training as well as all initiatives and projects to promote the reputation of Alto Adige wines and cuisine. The price for Alto Adige Wine Culture is an initiative of the Alto Adige wine industry and the Hotel- and Restaurant-Keepers Association (HGV).
