The historical Panholzer wine bar and restaurant is located on Lake Caldaro and has recently come under the direction of Martina Stuefer und Daniel Giuliani. Giuliani’s kitchen proves itself with dishes made from predominantly regional products. The wine service from Stuefer is attentive and scores a hit with its personal tone and highly competent consultation. The wine list places its main focus on Alto Adige, also offering numerous wines by the glass. Since the spring of 2018, a new wine bar enriches that which is on offer at Panholzer – with special attention paid to wines and producers from Alto Adige.
