Just like the architecture of the Schwarz Adler, which was carefully renovated in 2007, the restaurant’s cuisine also harmoniously unites the traditional and the new with each other. The menu varies depending upon the season and pays particular attention to seasonal Alto Adige products as well as to meat dishes prepared over a wood-burning grill. Both the wine bar and the restaurant offer exquisite Alto Adige wines and those from the rest of Italy at fair prices, including by the glass. The wine service is attentive and professional.
