Hereby I agree on transferring to IDM Südtirol – Alto Adige and the Consortium Alto Adige Wines the exclusive and unrestricted image rights to my own image material within the context of this event. The transfer of these rights is free of charge and has no temporal, spatial, content-related, or medial restrictions. The above mentioned material can be distributed (transferred to Third Parties), published, processed, and reproduced, however always in the context of advertising the destination South Tyrol and its products.
