Sparkling in the City - A Festive Taste of Bolzano

This festive season, Bolzano’s historic centre comes alive with Christmas lights, lively streets and exceptional sparkling wine! Sparkling in the City brings together eleven local producers showcasing their Alto Adige DOC sparkling wines at six selected venues. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the region’s sparkling wine tradition and enjoy a festive aperitif in the heart of the city.

The celebrations begin with the Kick-Off Event on 28 November, from 10 am to 2 pm at Domino Bistró, featuring complimentary tastings and the chance to meet the winemakers in person.

For an extra-special experience, join the Sparkling-in-the-City Tour. This guided tasting walk takes you to three venues in Bolzano’s charming old town, where you’ll discover selected Alto Adige DOC sparkling wines paired with delicious finger food, while a local Food & Wine Ambassador shares insights into the region’s sparkling wine culture.
