Restaurant Vinzenz – zum feinen Wein
The words “zum feinen Wein” (“for fine wine”) added to the name of the Vinzenz Restaurant in Vipiteno town centre are not there by mere chance: It only takes one glimpse at the 900+ labels in the wine cellar to see that the two owners are fervent wine lovers. Sommelier Veronika Stötter is responsible for the pairings while Daniel Planer manages the wine cellar. Whether it’s at the counter or in the bistro, guests to the vinotheque can be certain of receiving an immense breadth of specialist knowledge. The wine list is also regularly updated to ensure that regular visitors always have something new to look forward to. Another striking characteristic of the Vinzenz is the ever-increasing focus on sustainable wine production. Wine is also available by the glass, providing guests with the opportunity to get to know all of the main varietals in Alto Adige a little more with every visit.
