Restaurant Vinzenz – zum feinen Wein
A glance at the wine cellar, which houses 900 labels, shows that it is no coincidence that Vinzenz in Sterzing's Neustadt district bears the suffix "zum feinen Wein" (to fine wine). The couple who run the restaurant are passionate about wine. Sommelière Veronika Stötter takes care of the wine pairings, while Daniel Planer is in charge of the wine cellar. Guests in the wine bar, as well as those enjoying a glass of wine or dining in the bistro, benefit from their in-depth expertise. The wine list is regularly updated to keep things interesting for regulars. What is striking is that Vinzenz is placing increasing emphasis on sustainable wine production. And thanks to the changing selection of wines, the wine bar offers the opportunity to get to know South Tyrol's main grape varieties in new and different ways. "Wine is our passion, wine consulting is our passion. For 12 years, our guests have appreciated our commitment to South Tyrolean wines," says Veronika Stötter.
