She is the one who is responsible for the expert service, especially with regard to wine parings. What is most noteworthy is that she uses exclusively Alto Adige labels – a tribute to the restaurant’s location smack dab in the middle of the winegrowing zone and to the large selection of outstanding Alto Adige wines. Her husband Thomas also focuses on the regional aspect in the kitchen, complementing local pride with Mediterranean influences.
