Chardonnay

The International Star with an Exotic Aura

Alto Adige Chardonnay is captivating through its fine acidity and elegant interplay of aromas. Expect aromas and flavours of pineapple, banana, apple, pear, citrus fruits, vanilla, and butter. When oak is not used, it shows itself as lively and fruity. Its soft fullness and complexity are revealed when fermented in small oak casks and aged on fine yeast.
