Sauvignon Blanc Südtirol.

Sauvignon Blanc

Seduction in White, Filled with Fruit

This very old grape variety was introduced to Alto Adige from France at the end of the nineteenth century. In the meantime, Sauvignon Blanc has become one of the region's leading varieties and is enjoying growing popularity. In western and eastern locations, it develops notes typical for the variety, including gooseberries, passion fruit, elderberries, and black currants. The wines can range from crispy and fresh to voluminous and intense.
